Welcome to Hangover Pickleball Ella.

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the booking and use of our pickleball courts and related facilities. By accessing our website or making a booking, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

1. Bookings

• Court bookings are subject to availability.

• A booking is confirmed only after full payment has been successfully received (where applicable).

• Hangover Pickleball Ella reserves the right to refuse, modify, or cancel any booking where necessary.

2. Pricing

• All prices displayed on our website are subject to change without prior notice.

• Once a booking has been confirmed and paid for, the price paid at the time of booking will be honored.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellation and refund policies will be communicated during the booking process.

• Refund eligibility is subject to the applicable cancellation policy.

• Any approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.

4. Arrival

• Players are encouraged to arrive at least 10 minutes before their scheduled booking.

• Late arrivals will not automatically receive additional court time if another booking follows.

5. Court Rules

All players must:

• Wear appropriate sports footwear.

• Respect staff, other players, and visitors.

• Use all equipment responsibly.

• Keep the courts and surrounding facilities clean.

• Follow all safety instructions provided by our staff.

Hangover Pickleball Ella reserves the right to remove any person whose behaviour is considered unsafe, abusive, disruptive, or inappropriate without refund.

6. Equipment Rental

Players are responsible for all rented equipment during their booking.

Equipment that is:

• Lost

• Stolen

• Intentionally damaged

• Damaged through negligence or misuse

may be charged to the person who made the booking.

Normal wear and tear will not incur additional charges.

7. Health & Safety

Participation in pickleball and related activities is entirely at your own risk.

By using our facilities, you acknowledge that physical activity carries an inherent risk of injury. If you have any medical concerns or pre-existing health conditions, we recommend consulting a qualified medical professional before participating.

8. Personal Property

Hangover Pickleball Ella accepts no responsibility for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings brought onto the premises.

Players are encouraged to keep valuables secure at all times.

9. Weather

As our courts are outdoors, play may be affected by weather conditions.

Management reserves the right to suspend, postpone, or cancel sessions where weather conditions may compromise player safety.

10. Photography & Media

We may occasionally take photographs or record videos at our venue for promotional and marketing purposes.

If you do not wish to appear in any promotional material, please inform a member of our staff before your session begins.

11. Website Content

Unless otherwise stated, all content published on this website—including text, images, graphics, logos, branding, and other materials—is the intellectual property of Hangover Pickleball Ella.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of Sri Lanka, Hangover Pickleball Ella shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

• Court bookings;

• Participation in activities; or
